RAW Desserts for
Your Sweet Tooth!

RAW Desserts are one of the easiest things to find and make on the raw food diet. I suppose it's because the majority of what you're eating on this diet is sweet fruit!

Raw Desserts
I myself don't have a sweet tooth, but I have a son who does so I always try to keep a healthy, RAW, snack on hand.

A healthy snack definitely beats a candy bar, cookie, or any other unhealthy, processed treat!

I also try to encourage simple raw treats like bananas, apples, or grapes, but sometimes he just wants something else!

I've found that if I keep a supply of yummy RAW desserts on hand, he's less likely to beg for something else!

Try a couple of the recipes below. I'm sure you'll find something you and your family will love!

Desserts are one of the easiest ways to get your family to join you in eating raw.

The recipes aren't set in stone either! Raw honey, maple syrup, and dates can be used interchangeably.

I like the taste of honey and maple syrup more than the taste of dates, but maybe you don't. Use what works for you!

Also keep in mind that maple syrup isn't raw.

My goal is to stay 75% or more raw. If you're going for 100%, then make the needed changes! Do what's best for you!
